- Minister healing and hope to vulnerable children and to families who are experiencing challenges
- Advocate for the well-being of children and families by participating and collaborating with community stakeholders
HOW WE HELP
Family Food Assistance
Support is available to families through the AOC Mission and the North Carolina Food Bank.
Foster Home Ministry
We provide support to the youth residents and staff of Easterseals/PORT Health Group Home and School located in Greenville, NC. We donate school supplies and basic care items, help sponsor various youth events, and send birthday baskets to youth. Care Team members meet regularly to prepare and send cards of encouragement for youth and to pray for youth, their families and facility staff.
Care Team Support for Families in Need
We provide mentoring, encouragement, and prayer support for families in crisis in order to help meet their spiritual and emotional needs, help them navigate challenges, and grow in their faith.
